There are 6-8 files per subject matter, with and without music/voice overlays, and it includes a 2 hour REVERSE SPEECH loop! Back to the reverse speech loop….. Often as hypnotherapists, there are discussions about the duality of consciousness and reverse speech. In other words, does our subconscious understand words in reverse? Many of us say yes, and I believe as well that infants may speak in reverse, in what we call babbling.
